For the fifth time, Ames welcomes an outstanding young singer co-sponsored by the Marilyn Horne Foundation for a multi-day educational residency culminating in a recital with renowned collaborative pianist Thomas Bagwell. The Washington Post described a recent performance as "no less than revelatory." It has been Town & Gown's joy to follow the exciting careers of the Marilyn Horne young artists such as Eric Cutler and Lynnette Tapia.
